Because The Aspyn partners with a select group of clean-living brands through a dropship model, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the brands included.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Shipping times may vary by brand and location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: The Aspyn is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at hello@theaspyn.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your return to the appropriate brand partner.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@theaspyn.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll help make it right.

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal care, skincare, supplements, and intimate products may not be eligible for return. Each brand’s specific return policy will apply where noted on the product page.
